Own'd recognition programme

Our people Own it through our Own’D recognition programme! In order to celebrate the difference our people bring, we launched Own'd - an internal recognition programme which makes it easy to praise a peer, congratulate a co-worker, recognise a team member, record a customer or client compliment, or even support a supervisor in recognition of their hard work and dedication.

Our people are our greatest asset and we want to empower them to do great things. Nominated by our people, awards take place monthly, quarterly and annually acknowledging the outstanding contributions that have been made to the teams and communities in which our winners work.

Our Tikanga | Our values

Stitching us together as one are family and relationships, care & respect, and excellence and integrity as our cloak of values.

The same as the great trees growing in the great forest of Tāne is the Kauri which connects us to Safety, the Rimu which connects us to Delivery, the Tōtara which connects us to Relationships and the Kahikatea which connects us to Thought Leadership.

These are the four pillars upon which we build “Relationship creating success”. United and ready to move forward!

  1. Whānau - Family & Relationships
  2. Manaaki - Care & Respect
  3. Kairangatira - Excellence
  4. Ngākau Pono - Integrity
