About the role:

We’re not the biggest in the empire, but we use the same tools and there’s a lot of opportunity for growth. This role is in our Audit team, working with a variety of clients across a number of different industries. You will be responsible for reviewing financial statements and financial processes within a business and making recommendations about how they could do things more efficiently and effectively. To do this successfully, you will need

You may have been working as an Auditor for 1-2 years in a larger organisation but find yourself wanting to be more than just a number or a graduate looking to start a career in Auditing. Either way, if you are:

The process:

  1. Submit your online application including your CV, Cover letter, Academic transcript, visa, and video introducing self.

  3. In person interview or teams call with two senior members of the team, focused on learning about you and your past experiences and future plans.
  4. Take the online SHL competency and personality testing. Please state in your application if you anticipate needing assistance. We’re here to help you succeed. 
  5. In person interview or teams call with two senior members of the team, focused on reviewing your personality testing and learning about how you react/ cope with different situations.
  6. In person case study to test your technical application of knowledge.
  7. Go out for coffee and meet a few members of the team to ask questions and see what it’s like to work for us.
  8. Please provide the names and contact details of two professional references
  9. Final outcome
