Full Job Description

BDO BAS

As businesses grow, so do the challenges they face. Our Advisory team provides personalised services to clients based on their unique needs and to meet the challenges at every stage of their life cycle.

To excel in BAS (Business Advisory Services) you need to not only understand financial concepts, but also be a great communicator, be able to work with and without guidance and as part of our team.

We take our time to get to know our clients really well, comparing where they are now with where they want to be, and taking a good look at how they are currently doing things so we can offer real value. One of the best bits about working for BDO is that you work with these clients from day one. This means you get to see and hear first-hand how the work we do helps our clients.

TŪ TANGATA AI KI BDO | BE YOUR BEST AT BDO

At BDO, we offer a unique and supportive culture that puts people first – whether that’s professional development, personal fulfilment or work-life balance that ensures you get access to Partners and clients as soon as you enter our doors.

We know you want to grow your career, so we offer a tailored learning and development programme that enables you to thrive as an individual right from the start. Whatever you’re passionate about, we’re here to help you pursue it, and we support a broad range of social and environmental community initiatives for you to get involved in.

BE YOU

We want to get to know you beyond your qualifications and grades! What else is important to you outside of your studies, what experiences you have had and what motivates you.

As this is a graduate level position, we are looking for people who are studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance, and will ideally have completed their CA ANZ pre-requisites by the end of 2023.

BE BDO

We also offer a competitive base salary + sign on bonus, community, and birthday days + more. Find out more about what it's like to work at BDO here:  https://www.bdo.nz/en-nz/student-careers/locations

We would love to learn more about YOU, so apply now by submitting your CV, academic transcripts and telling us why you want to BE YOUR BEST in 2024.
