Your First 12 months at Mainfreight:

Roll up your sleeves for a practical and hands-on learning experience within our Customer Services Team. Bringing value to your role, team, and branch you will have the ability to grab opportunities with both hands and help paint the world blue.

Being the first point of contact for our customers, you’re the face of the Mainfreight Transport. The position will enable the successful candidate to develop relationships with our customers and team while learning the foundations of our business. 

Main responsibilities (but not limited to) include:

• Respond to internal & external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Depot searches and advising customers of any delivery delays and issues
• Support for the team and ensuring a balance of workload
• Tracking key customers freight to ensure meeting delivery times
