the 6 month increases as a grad are nice

Could start higher but reviewed every six months with an expectation of a raise during that same review

I am paid well and receive a pay increase every 6 months after my biannual review

Pay is good, seems to be based on performance as well as experience

We get a pay rise every 6 months so cannot complain.

Although to start with, the pay was solidly in the middle for average graduate engineer pay, we have 6 monthly pay reviews depending on performance and if you perform well and have a good attitude you will be rewarded.

Bonuses with finders fees are great. Networking helps bring in talent which you are then rewarded for by cutting costs for the company.

Moving expenses

As we are a global office with locations across NZ and the world there is plenty of opportunity to travel for work. There are often relocation allowances included

Ice cream in the summer, easter eggs at easter and hot breakfast in the winter

Extreme flexibility - work when you want and holiday when you want Paid overtime on top of base salary

We have a graduate development program which has social events every 1-2 months that is usually paid for or subsidised. Lots of cool events including a Ball, BBQs or a weekend away to Wellington (fully paid for)
