Justin [00:00:00] Have you ever conducted any funny or terrible interviews with the crowd? Like, is there a story there? Can you tell us what happened?

Ryan [00:00:07] I feel like I'm going to put my name on things if I do things like that. I think probably one of the funniest things that I see and it makes me laugh all the time is when ... I get that for graduates, it's ... there's a lot of applications going out, there's a lot of things. But I love when I get applications addressed to me but for the completely wrong employer or for the completely wrong, you know, it's obviously just been a cut and paste job that has gone wrong and you know, and that and that's unfortunate. But you do see it a lot. And I think that that's something that is it's important for you as a graduate to make sure that you're checking. Because that's something right there that unfortunately will usually disqualify you from an application, even though you might be a really, really great candidate. We see lots of applications, so when those come in, they just become a bit of jokes and they end up on the sideline and they don't end up really getting looked at in the same way. Unfortunately, that's just a reality of it. In the interview, I think. I love the fact that we do video interviews as a first step. I know they're awkward and I know they're they can be uncomfortable at times, but they make me laugh all the time. And we watch hundreds of them. And I think they are you know, I love when somebody makes a mess up or, you know, they screw up and they you know, a random curse or a random "Oh sh**t" and they forget to turn off the camera. You know, those things are so funny because they're the human elements of ourselves. We often try to prepare ourselves so much for an interview to make sure that we come across exactly the way we want to. But actually, we're all humans. We all make mistakes. And it's actually it's great when you can catch some of that candidly. Unfortunately, it gets recorded. But it is. I think that that's the piece for me. Those little quips are things that let me see a little glimpse of who you are outside of what you're trying to portray.
