Valued and proven staff are offered different training opportunities amongst our divisions which vary from first aid and NZQA qualifications to rigging and crane operation.
Staff are paid hourly at a rate determined by the manager, no less than the living wage as a starting rate. Nationwide travel to work amongst our other divisions is likely so a vast amount of career development and experience can be gained quite quickly leading to further promotions.
When travelling accommodation is provided and a nontaxable living allowance is paid per night away. Usually when traveling hours are increased which provides more earning potential.
