Recruitment Process

While the recruitment process and the selection criteria differ based on the role applied, we have outlined below a standard example of what you can expect in our recruitment process.

Recruitment Process

  • To apply for a job listed, please follow the instruction available on the job advertisement and make sure to provide all relevant documents including your updated CV, your academic transcript, licenses (i.e. Driver's License and Forklift Driver's License), and evidence of work entitlement. Our Consultants will review and contact you should you be suitable for the role.
  • If the job listed doesn't suit your interest but you would like to register with us for future opportunities, please contact or visit your closest Drake branch. Branch details can be found here https://nz.drakeintl.com/contact/drake-offices/
  • Once you have applied or registered, our Consultants will contact you (either through email or phone) to arrange for an interview.
  • Following the interview, should you be successful in proceeding to the next stage, depending on the roles, you will be required to take skill assessments.

While the selection criteria depend on the roles, there are some key traits successful applicants must have, including:
